AutoCAD Resource

One of the resources that I have come back to over and over again for online AutoCAD resources is http://www.augi.com/home/ Some of the content you can download without being registered, but registering allows more content (it is free). I have found their magazine AUGIWorld to be of use, as well as a number of the blogs.
