Every now and then, there comes a time, when you have a set that needs molding and there is a curved wall. When that time comes a good place to start looking is Flex molding, Inc. http://www.flexiblemoulding.com/. Their rule of thumb is that a piece of 3/4" material can bend to a 12" radius. The moldings can me machined, cut, manipulated and painted. They also have a great catalog of molding shapes on their website which is in and of itself a useful resource.
